Ok guys, i am really liking this new stadium truck the HPI E firestorm. my only gripe is i have the LOSI MF2. the losi is no joke, we all know its a great truck great racer and truck. I dont want to buy another truck, and at the same time i dont race the losi either i bash it mostly. the HPI is a durable truck and it has a all metal tranny perfect for brushless and the battery compartment can accept all types of batteries from 6 to 7 cell SXS pacls to LIPO and its adjustable and said it can be raced also, another feature it has is it has a hex adapter so i can run beadlocka all around and not worry about boiling tires just take them off and put new ones on... IM torn cuz i have this truck that is basically new i just finished building it a few months ago, no scratches on it what so ever. and i have a nice body on it and some extra parts and upgraded alot of stuff with lunford, TIR and RPM, and team blue star titanium shocks... i got some money in this truck, so i am torn, sell this truck as a roller for a certain amount and pick up the HPI or keep the losi... what would you guys do.

i might do that...but then again i also have a XXX-T "CR" so....but i would just keep the MF2. dont have to buy every new thing but if they make a sport version sans radio rear i will prolly buy one to bash around. i would wait if you are going to to get others opinions on it.

see that is what i was thinking, that it will be a downgrade. thanks guys for your opinions, i will stay will the MF2, if anything i will swap out the graphite with the XXXT-CR's AE3 material which is stronger and has flex. Mods you can close this thread.

I wouldn't say it's a downgrade. They are both purpose built with different intentions.

stay graphite...my CR broke ALOT with the EA3...i repaced the parts with the losi graphite and they barly ever break...witch is kinda wierd.

There is supposed to be a new EA3 material. I did break one on my BK1 a few weeks ago though, I landed sideways after hitting a board in the air. I replaced it with graphite and never broke one since. (knock on wood)

do you know when the new EA3 comes out? hopfully it is smuch stronger.

Its out now, been for a while. At least it was on the Type-R. Losi should mold some plastic parts.
