Confirmed from TamiyaClub that Tamiya did make a front anti-roll bar set:
50272 Tamiya Fox Front Stabiliser Set
Time for me to hit eBay!

Wow, LB! Getting really hard to follow all your projects!
That's a nice purchase, do you know yet what to do with it? Brushless??

Hmm.. I am thinking for the vintages, I should just use TEU-101 w/ Sport Tune...
Not sure if BL is the way to go here.. (I do have a few spare BL setup lying around... [&:])
But at least this one will be a runner!! It is used already, make the decision that much easier compare to my Wild One!! LOL!!

I agree, 101 with a Dirt Tuned for the Fox. If you really want to go faster, then maybe the 302 with a TZ? Anything more than that might just ruin that gorgeous car!!

Dirt Tune spec:
R.P.M. at best efficiency: 17,000rpm (7.2V)
Torque at best efficiency: 37.24mN-m(7.2V)
Sport Tune:
18,300 rpm at best efficiency
350 g-cm torque at 18,300 rpm
peak rpm: 21,000
Tower still does not have the "Lightly Tuned" motor yet.. that would be an interesting one too...
Most likely, I will stick w/ Sport Tune?!

Oh, right, so here's mine... I wouldn't make a thread if I don't have one now, would I?!
Picked it up from eBay for a decent price.. it is used, unlike my Wild One (kit #50!), so this one will be a runner for sure! So expect action shots on this one!! ha!

Good to see someone buy one for a change. Ebay would be better if all the auctions were not paypal only. I prefer paying with a money order or check.[:-]

You don't think the DirtTuned extra torque would help with the off road nature of the car? Admittedly, it is not a huge difference... Very similar in fact to the TZ/RZ difference?
Edit: Lol, don't mind me... I living out my dreams through you're vintage threads

It is also a good 60% more expensive than the Sport Tune, ha!!
I guess it is okay as I doubt that I will ever run it enough to change brushes, etc.
Sport Tune probably is a little bit faster..
We will see.. depends on the pinion that I will be using..
FOX uses an interesting system to allow pinion of 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18T to work w/ the tranny...

Very nice.. maybe you can take the Big Bear and tear it down.. and do a reverse build thread on it.. so it can educate people what the Big Bear is like (I remember it, although I was a Tamiya person, so never built any Marui.. ha!) and take some action pics of it!!

How much was your Fox LB? I dont want one just wanted to know if you got a good deal or not.
I have too many buggies already. The Tamiya 501x will be my last buggy...[&o]
Might as well finish my Tamiya buggy collection off so I can get a Brushless Plane and maybe a Brushless Boat or something...

Interesting aftermarket part that allows you to run larger shock up front..
Not sure if I should get that... ha! Probably just keep it all Tamiya for now then..

I love all those sweet vintage aftermarket hop up parts. [sm=greedy.gif]
Can't wait to see them on your Fox!
