do you really think that writing in all capitals will get you help faster? it really just annoys us more than anything else so please don't do it.
As for cheapest chargers... are you looking for the cheapest that will let it work or the cheapest that will let you use it to it's fullest potential. cheap you can just get at radio shack / circuit city.

RE: power supply for triton jr.
believe me, more people find it annoying that you can possibly imagine. it's the online version of yelling.
The triton jr needs an input of 10-15v and a minimum of 5amps to work at it's full potential. a regulated psu would be best but it will work with any psu. the cheapest way that I know of is to convert an old computer psu as it will only cost about $3 in parts and some time. I personally use propeak power supplies, they put out 10amps at 13v, i use it with my tp1010c, tp610c and triton2.

RE: power supply for triton jr.
I believe the manual for the Triton Jr. calls for a 7amp power supply for full functionality.
I use [link=http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXL356&P=ML]this[/link] power supply for my Triton Jr. It works great for me, but it is pricy (was cheaper when I bought it). There are definitely cheaper options out there that should work fine, though I haven't tried them personally.
I know someone who was using a cheap Radio Shack power supply for his charger just for charging the batteries for his 1/18th scale car (1200mAh battery) and he was having issues with the charger and the batteries. He found out that the power supply was dropping voltage during charging and screwing things up. So just be sure whatever you get meets the power demands.
Also keep in mind that the Triton Jr. won't accept any higher than 15 volts input. I tried someone elses power supply once and my Triton Jr. wouldn't even power on. Turns out that the power supply was putting out 15.5 volts with no load, so my charger wouldn't accept it. Under load the voltage might have dropped a bit and been fine, but my charger wouldn't get that far. So you will definitely need a regulated power supply.

RE: power supply for triton jr.
A perfect ps just happens to be the old MRC 969 power supply. It was a bit underpowered for the 969 while doing two batts with 4.5 amps , but is a perfect match for the Triton JR (63 watts MAX) . Maybe you can even find some laying around for free?
