Novak's factory remanufactured items have the same warranty as our new products. We remanufacture many items as part of our Non Warranty Service Options program and sell the excess items in the storewe ship remfg products worldwide.

We have a separate rmf department that rebuilds items to the same specs, and with the same tech QC equipment, as our new products. We design and manufacture our products here in Irvine, so we can service items more quickly for our customers.

Certain items are not always available in the store, so we activate and deactivate products accordingly. We decided not to offer our systems on Shopatron (too many systems), but the system components are available separately.

We also offer obsolete, discontinued, or hard to locate, items and accessories in our store.

There are some great deals on the novak reman. site! I just picked up a side by side discharge (smart) tray from there, looks to be a nice unit.
