need a pic of venom esc or reciet
 

hi i need a pic of a http://www.venom-group.com/Store/ESC...less-ESC-GAMBL esc. i dont even know if anyone has one of them. i need a pic of it either burned up, or a pic of the reciet, mine recently burned up started on fire so i threw it away because i didnt think they were going to do anything about it, but i sent them an email and they said they can replace it if i send a pic of the reciet or of the speed control that i dont have either. any help will be apreciated

Duhhhh! How did you buy it? did you order it online? maybe you have an email?? or maybe a credit card statement?? im pretty sure they are going to want the burned up esc but you may get lucky IF you can proove that you did infact buy one.

Why don't you take a picture of your own speed control? Hopefully JrockZ understands the potential for fraud in this situation.

Sorry dude, but if this really happened, then just man up and buy a new speedo. How much is a 60a EZrun? Isn't that basically what comes with the truck?

Venom's a very reasonable company...but they don't just give crap away, and they shouldn't.

I for one am not saying you never had one but the thing you don't seem to understand is if you show them a receipt or a picture that is not the actual receipt you received when making the purchase then it is fraud plain and simple. I'm sorry if that offends you but to me it seems like a no brainer.

yeah in reality if you can take a pic and receipt and lets say go to castle creations and say that a mamba monster is fried. they send you a new one and you get a free $150 esc=== fraud.
