mr-02 or rc18t?

i have some extra cash and i need to get my r/c fix going! i havent been able to properly use my tc3 i like 4 months cause up here in connecticut the minute it snows the dump salt and sand on everything making it impossible to get traction and impossible to use your car without have to strip it after a run for cleaning! so i figured i would buy something for the off-season, should i get a mr-02 because i can upgrade it and run it indoors on snow days and stuff like that, or the new rc18t i can only use it weather permiting but i figure with its ride height and the knobby tires traction and sand/salt shouldent be a issue????

You will get more replies over in Micro Mini.

If I were you, I would get the Mini-Z Mini-Monster, the chrome one with all the hop-ups preinstalled. Regards.

The RC-18T looks good to me too. But I have 1/10's (or even an EMAXX) to drive outside. I get a TON of indoor fun with the Mini-Z Monster, jumping off book stacks and scaring the &^%$ out of the cats. Too much power and weight indoors will break your wife's favorite stuff, sure as heck.

It all boils down to indoor or out, IMHO.

Regards to all.

well, the rc18t is a little bigger, more for both. and it will go down stairs with cardboard no problem and up too. i say the rc18t. its also 4wd. easier to go up stairs with cardboard.

i kind of like the rc18t also. i havent bought one yet because i just bought a emaxx like 2 or 3 weeks ago but in less than three months i plan on getting it or the mini-t. the thing i like the most about the rc18t is that it uses oil shocks and not the friction like the mini-t. i know you can buy hop-ups by why should you have to? idk about the mr-02....

Nooooooo! get the rc18t. you will have much more fun with the option to go off jumps and crawl. and once it gets nice, you can drive outside if you really want to. the mr02 cant.
