Evader BX Pro front wheel bearings/wheel question

I recently ordered and received a pair of stock Evader BX Pro front wheels to mount a different tread tire on. I forgot to order bearings so I went to a local hobby shop and all he had were 3/16" x 3/8" with rubber seals. However, after putting the wheel on the car I noticed I can't snug the lock nut up without binding the wheel.
After taking it off and looking at it, I notice that between the two bearings on my OEM tire, there appears to be a metalic spacer (inside the wheel). On the new tire I just have a big air gap between the bearings. I don't see any spacer on the parts diagram but it sure is on my OEM rim!

What's up with this?

The small aluminum spacer keeps the bearings from binding as all the inner races are bolted tightly and the outers spin freely.

It's number 125 on the parts list and comes with the front axle set number dtxc 6170

I don't have a #125 on the parts list! It goes 124, 126!
Thanks for the info!

Why can't I find a bearing spacer specifically labeled for the BX? The one you reference says ST, though I'm sure it'll work.

According to Tower (or even Duratrax's site), the spacers are not included in the BX assembly for 6171...
I guess I'll give them a call tomorrow and complain a little.

Good idea; that should be very easy.
