Default What to buy?

Im sure everyone hates these threads, but im going to ask anyway.

I am an old r/c vet and havent been in the scene for a while to know whats going on.

Looking for:
On and/or Off Road
Electric
Ready to run
1/10th scale
Not into drifting
Not racing, just bashing
$200-350USD

Tons of paved road where im at, so id like to go fast!

Will probably throw a brushless and a nice battery in it not too long down the road.

Would be great if you guys could just hit me with some links!

Thanks in advance.

Default RE: What to buy?

http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXCXYV&P=0
or http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...I=LXYYE2EW&P=0 (this one will be better because you can get a better lipo and charger for under $75 which is the difference in price between this buggy and the truck. Buggys are also faster due to less weight.)

I would go offroad because an onroad car cannot go offroad, but an offroad car can go onroad. Plus if you get street tires and you get a soft suspension then an offroad car will perform decently onroad.
