In order to identify electric cars, you need to search for specific websites that can recognize a car by a picture. I know what you are talking about as nowadays there are a lot of electric cars from china with Chinese brands we do not know and sometimes an electric car or even a gas car can be without a logo at all and it makes a lot harder to recognize the car brand. That is why I use different websites that have a large category of electric cars that are present at the moment. It makes it a lot easier to find out what you are looking for. You can also try using google lens in order to find a similar car in google photos.
