I wonder if the full size touring car would have held up better.. (bigger tires, slightly more suspension, etc.)

most likely lol. i think the m-03 is made to go not much faster than a silver can.

i must admit though it goes round corners better than anything else i have drove. im hoping with a few tuning parts on there it will go in a straight line a bit better as its extremely bouncy on the back and quite hard to keep in a straight line

Front sway bar only to add some understeer (so it doesn't just swap end so easily) while no bar on the back for maximum straight line traction..

Weight might work, although it is a FWD car, you don't want too much weight on the back as you won't be able to put the power down!

I would run soft springs all around.. as you are trying to set it up as a straight line car.. and lower it as much as you can.. ha!

Probably not when you just want go straight! Usually, for on-road, I run faster servo, and off-road, I run higher torque / more durable (metal gear) servos..

But S3305 will be just fine...

hi, i have decided i want my mini to be good at all round stuff like straight line but mostly cornering. i cant put a anti sway bar on the front as the blue metal arms i bought dont allow it[:@]. what ones are the stiff ones..black or silver?

i have alloy shox all round now and the cvd's. i have graphite front and rear suspension braces on the way also

any thing else i need..exept tyres lol

how do i set my car up for this?

lb you gave me sweet advise before on setting up so i might need your help lol

Which sway bar is stiffer => try to bend it / twist it and you will know!! The only way to be sure! (you should be able to tell which one is thicker as well..)

Yeah, you definitely need some good tires.. ha!! I wonder why they don't sell X-Pattern Belted tires anymore.. odd..

Rear sway bar will dial in some oversteer.. which is good if you want the car to turn..

Do you have adjustable upper arms? You can change the camber angle there..

Slightly negative.. then you can dial it to suit your liking... maybe start w/ -0.5 or -1 all around...

Nah, that's just to show you the definition of negative / positive camber, toe in/out, etc.

The effect of those adjustment, you'd need to read up on chassis dynamic...

I have M03's (FWD) , M04's(RWD), and AWD cars. That's the fun of driving and tuning the different styles of chassis!
I like em all!
