Ok fellas, I got the Oni Kyan Arm set installed today here's the pics I also have a question as well.

Here's the front. I don't know if you can see it or not but the toe on the front of my E10 is completely screwed (it looked the same before the A arm installation). It's toed out a mile and looks plain garbage. How can I fix this??? I might see what front end upgrades I can do and see if I can find some turnbuckles at the hobby shop.

Here's the rear.

Nice work looks good, all i did for mine was fitted some turnbuckles & rod ends

But the best way is, see the carbon bit on mine, well replace that with a turn buckle, its the easyest way ive seen

I came up with the same exact solution today while piddling around in my garage. I found an unused Traxxas turnbuckle in my spares box (a part that came in a turnbuckle kit I bought that isn't used on any of my Traxxas trucks) along with rod ends and ball links. Found a couple of screws popped it on and adjusted the toe a bit and man she's perfect now. Tracks nice and straight. The front end still has a little bit of play in the links but I set it up so with the car's weight on the wheels my camber and toe comes out where I want it.

I could not believe how much negative camber this thing had in the stock form before the adjustable arms. It was near 3 degrees neg. No wonder my tires were wearing out so fast. I set the camber at 0 degrees so I can get an even wear of the tire.

Hi all, does any one know of an alloy steering linkage available for this?? as ur aware they are very flimsy and in need of an upgrade! but cant seem to find one anywhere! all they seem to do is the plastic ones!! the ones im on about is the one that comes in two legths, a shorter one for touring and a longer one for drifting!

Also Can you recomend the best alloy upgrades that are worth an upgrade as i am just looking into upgrading all the flimsy plastic parts to strengthen it up and make it look smart!!

Hope you guys can help!!!

Stu

hey guys. i have a sprint 2 but after a few crashes and parts breaking ive decided to start from scratch again. i had a 12.5t brushless setup on the sprint 2 and it was pretty quick. just wondering if i got an e10 and moved all the motor and radio gear over would it be at the same speeds? sprint 2 is belt driven, would it make a difference in a shaft drive car?

thanks

dont know of any alloy linkages... sorry

I dont think the e10 would be as fast, and handle nearly as well, but it might take more punshment. personally i would upgrade the sprint, overall thay are better.

Biggest problem ive found with the e10 in a crash it does not take much to crack the chassis & its a pain to replace

Sounds like it is "cloging"

it caused from the motor trying to draw more than the supply & there is simply not enuff to give.
there is a few ways u can stop this, one it to try a lower tooth pinion (reduced inital current flow) or get a battery that can supply more

You've got the right tires. Just need to work on the throttle control. You can't just blast it wide open or it won't go anywhere. You have to ease into the throttle to get the speed up and then start sliding it around.

Most people use bearings for the diffs to replace the plastic bushings. Not sure what size they are though.

As far as the plastic pinion diff gear, I'm not sure if there is a metal upgrade. I guess just go easier on the throttle and stock up on the gears.

You will probly find than if you go bearing you wont strip the diff pinion due to the fact that when the bush melt thats when you strip them
