Default jrracing

I have a JR Racing 2 channel 2 model receiver. XR 2i is what it is exactly. the receiver in the car is a R125. I looked on the JR Racing website and it looks like they aren't making it anymore. Am i just being dumb and looking right over it? Or can I sub in something else that will work.

Thanks for the help

The xr2i is a good radio for begginers, after you learn to control your and decide to race you must upgrade your equpment to a x3 or better

jbyrd...I use the same radio you have. I just raced this last weekend and finished 2nd in the main and believe me, it had nothing to do with the radio. Yes a radio with more options is always better but if youre on a budget, then no need to worry about it right now. I've had the same radio and servos in my XXXT for 4 years now and have never had a problem with any of it. Im no expert, just my opinion.

It stores settings for two cars. But you can run as many as you want with additional recievers. You don't have to purchase that exact rx if you don't want. Find another one that has the same band 27, 75, am or fm. Pull your crystal from the current rx and put it in the new one and away you go.
