Traxxas 4Tec - cheap upgrades to make it a little faster
 

I just bought a used 4tec from a guy and its my 1st electric on-road vehicle.

So I was just wondering what cheap upgrades i can do to make it a little faster?

Everything on it is stock.

I was thinking about getting the following,

15t 540 motor(currently it has a stinger 20T)
bigger battery(currently 6cell 7.2 1500mAh)

any help is greatly appreciated.

One way to make it faster is to add a brushless esc and motor and than run a lipo battery. As for the 4-Tec it is an older car so parts support maybe are to find.
