I have the Realflight 6.5 and I want to train on my slow rolls. How do I find the section that shows the transmitter controls on how to move the sticks?

The training videos go into this.

You could also download a recording of someone doing slow rolls and turn on the TX window to see the stick inputs during playback.

You can then rewind at will.

Hint to learn how to do slow rolls first master all four of the major positions...

e.g.

Left Knife Edge

Inverted

Right Knife Edge

Upright


A slow roll is just a transition through all of those.
