fsone 2022a has been released as a free sim.

I saw this post in another forum and thought I would share the news. If you mainly want to sim with airplanes (no helis in this sim) this really is a good solid sim with great physics. Check it out, it's free, what have you got to lose? :)

Never had a flight sim before and need some practise. Any idea which patch cord I need to hook up my JR tx to my pc?

Unfortunately I am not familiar with JR transmitters but if nothing else you can use the trainer port with some of the software mentioned in the manual to connect almost any transmitter for use in the sim. Here is the User manual for the sim online with a very detailed section on how to hook up various transmitters to the computer for the sim: FS One 2022 User Manual
