Upgrading G2 Lite
 

I've noticed that a lot of you are running the full version of G2 and have the option of changing heli setups/colour schemes. I've just got into this (2 weeks) and am running G2 Lite and I don't seem to be able to do anything at all with (that includes hovering!!!!:().
I've nearly finished building my Raptor 30 V2 and would like to try an addon.
Question is will G2 Lite take the addons and will I be able to change settings as mentioned earlier???

Yes. I have G2 Lite right now and have been flying nothing but the raptor 30 since the day I bought that add-on.

That said, I just bought the upgrade to the full version, so I can make changes to flight characteristics and set start locations. Two things you CANT do with the Lite version.

Thanks for that. You say you upgraded to the full version, was that by buying the full version of G2 or can you pay and upgrade over the net.

I am buying an actual upgrade, I think its a CD, from my LHS, for like 80 bucks or something. Haven't picked it up yet.

You can purchase the G2 Lite to G2 upgrade from Tower Hobbies. Their part number is AH1431 and the price is $89.99. I just got one for myself.
