ELEV / FLAP COMPENSATION

I am using Real Flite G2 and gradually getting into it with editing etc but would like to recreate the elev compensation we use when putting flaps down (particulary on jets) using the Real Flight Interface NOT my transmitter.
Can anyone help ?
