Add On #2... no planes

I installed Add On #2 with no problem, and was flying all the planes. Then, one day, all the planes were gone but the landscapes are still here. I've tried reinstalling and all that, but it says the version of Direct.. something... doesn't work with my windows version, although I've already had it working...?!?! Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Are all your planes gone, or just the planes on the Add On?
UN-install then RE-install the software.

It was only the planes in Add On #2... I got them back though.

I had to unistall the whole G2 program, then reinstall it, along with the Add Ons. So, if this happens to anyone else... there you go!

I TRYED THAT, I STILL CANT LOAD MY ADD ONS # 1, SAY'S I NEED DIRECT X 7.0 OR HIGHER. OR SOME PATCH FOR MY WINDOWS. CANT UNDERSTAND, THE REALFLIGHT G2 PRO WORKS.
