HELP// What is the tick? to Connect?

I have been trying to connect.. What is wrong? is it a firewall thing? how do i fix that? I have been givin the IP addy to fly but
all it does is search and nothing happens. I am on DSL as well

Connet IP for playing with others on-line.. I think its my router.. i am working on it
