I used to have a phone number for AFP for technical assistance but can't seem to find it now, can anyone help with the U.S. number?

Depends on where you bought your product. Where did you get it? Most resellers will support there own customers.

I would also recommend that you regularly check the official IPACS site http://www.aerofly.de/ for software updates and other developments. Have you downloaded the latest 1.6.8.6 patch ?
