FMS Toolbar

I've hit soomething and lost the toolbar along the top. How do I get it back

New to FMS myself and I don't know how to turn it on full time, but if you click in the top left corner, you can get access to the menus. It's kind of clumsy, but it works.

Have now been told F12 restores the toolbar.
