Lost G2 CD
 

ok... i lost my G2 cd before i could reinstall it on my laptop. (it here in my room somewere.... i think....maybe :confused: )

is there a way to recover the CD key from the Serial number in the program? (i have it installed on my desktop)

im going to be getting rid of the desktop but need to know if its possible to recover the number before I fdisk the drives

If it is installed on your computer, just bring up the RealFlight control panel, the serial # is listed in the heading for the control panel.

i tried typing in the serial number in but it wouldnt take.

I dont know if the serial and the CD key are the same or what.

can someone check for me and see if they match?

also can someone post the "format" in with the cd key is in (ie xxxx-xxxx-xx-xxxx or however th3e digits are aranged?)

I will continue to look for that darn CD case (i know I had it by the desk) but i would really like this by wed as im going on a trip and would like to be able to use it when im on the plane.

Yes the serial # is the same as the code on the CD case. I will not post the format, because if you can see it on the control panel, you have the format.

Thought you said you lost the CD, and then you said you misplaced the case...

If you FDISK, you obviously won't be able to reinstall uinless you have the CD..

ment to say CD key...

i found the case (after trashing my room looking for it and it does match what is in the ctrl panel... i dont know why it didnt work the forst time i put it in.. i guess i typoed somewere.

oh well.... at least i got it working... now if i can only get this radio (s)hack usb->gameport adapter working with it...
