I see G2 is now on sale at Tower Hobbies with a $15 off online coupon, and a free copy of any one of the 3 upgrade CD's. Does anyone have any thoughts on which of the supplemental CD ( ie 1, 2 or 3) is the better one to get ? Thanks Mike

I have Add-Ons 1 & 2 from original Real Flight since 1998 and have just bought G2 w/ Add-On 3. Get 3 first. Grafics, etc: much better after 4 years!

Mike, bit confused by your post you say G2 upgrade CD in the title, but are you referring to the FULL G2 package, or just the upgrade in your post?

tried to go to tower's site, but it's mostly down at the moment.

I just partook of this deal too. I'm partial to learning how to fly 3D so I opted for CD3. It has the Giles and a few others. It all depends on what you want to work on.

It's still good. Go to Tower web site and where it says Free add-on # 1 , right under that click on "Real Flight G2". It will take you to another page where you can order G2 with Add-On 1, 2 or 3 Free.. Tower Hobby order # LB1251.

Give it a try -

Thanks for the advice guys. I was initially planning to get CD 1 with the package purchase but your advice has me switched over to getting 3 CD to start. Also since my first post Tower H has increased the internet coupon from 15 to $20! until end of this month. How about that, I got better advice and paid 5 bucks to add ! Thanks again ! :D

Don't know why you can't get it!!

Just call Tower direct and give their stock # LB1251 and you'll get G2 and Add-on 3 freee!!
