Getting an 8103 to work with AFP?

So right now, my 8103 is hooked up to AFP via thier JR cable, and I've got zero controls. No calibration, no inputs, nothing. I've tried the Stereo>Mono plug fix that some did, and it's not working. Any suggestions?

Is the set on ppm? NOT PCM!

The tx remains switched off right? You are calibrating in AFP yes? Windows will not pick up the tx.

Spacey's right

I just tried my X-3810 on AFP. Select a fresh model memory, set it to acro, set modulation to PPM.

Go into your AFP controls, select new controller and name it 3810 and calibrate it. You can then set it up to use basic functions on AFP and make any changes in the AFP program or do what I do and set up flapperon, etc and use the mixing in your tx.

Hope this helps
Alan

ps 8103 is the USA designation for the same tx. 8ch-10 model memory-3 types
