Problem Installing G2

I am hoping someone here can help me out. I have emailed the guys at Realflight product support, however to date no reply has been received, this has been several days!

I have just bought the USB version of G2 and I am trying to install it onto me system. When installing it comes up with an error message relating to Insufficient Disk Space etc etc and a couple of error notices. This is not true as the drive it is installing onto has 3GB or so spare.

I was wondering if anyone has had any similar issues, how you got around them? Alternatively, has anyone a decent contact for direct support from Real Flight that I can email?

You may need to do a disc clean up. Get rid of all the clutter on your hard drive and see what happens.
