My screen is white

Hi, a friend have just installed G2. But his screen is just white, what can we do? He uses Windows 98.

Two things to solve this:

1. Download the update from the G2 control panel ... this fixes the problem for many graphics cards.
2. Turn off fog if there is still a problem.

Of course, make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card.

Yip I had the same problem. Turn the Fog off. And you can also try the 3D terrain or something on/off they have.
