Reflex OK with Small Computer?

Has anyone tried the Reflex Simulator with less than the recommended configuration of 1.5GHz CPU and wazoo Graphics card?
Specifically: Dell, 930MHz CPU, 384MB RAM, Dell standard graphics card.

Im running AMD Xp3200, 1GB ram, 128MB geforce graphics, and find it gets pushed to the limit.
