Which should I get?? G2 or Lite
 

I've been looking to get a flight simulator so that I can learn to fly helicopters. I have been flying airplanes for awhile. I have been looking at the Great Planes G2 & G2 Lite. Other than the price what are the pro's & con's of each of them? And what is worth getting? This is going to be my first rc flight sim I will upgrade the Volume's as I go. But if the G2 is better than the Lite I would rather spend the money now rather than upgrade later.

Hi Chris,
If I were you I would buy the G2 not the Lite version. The full G2 is what you will really want and need. Presently at www.towerhobbies.com you can buy the full G2 version for $149.95. If you buy anything more ....even $1 you get free shipping plus there is a $20 instant coupon if you buy any merchandise over $150. I say buy the flight simulator full G2 and anything for a $1 or $2 more and get the instant coupon and free shipping. You end up paying $130 for the full G2 version.

Thanks for the reply Frank! I just wasnt sure what the best version was. I have Microsofts Century of flight, and all of Microsofts other flight sims, and a few of the free rc download versions but there just not that good. But I have a lot of dealings with Tower and there pretty good on prices "most of the time" but I am going to have to take advantage of the price and coupon this month thats really a great final price...
