Will owners of G2 be able to swap trim schemes from the new G3 ? They haven't added new trim schemes to the G2 site since May. Sometimes a new paint job gets your "jucie's " going. Tony G

The 5 Disks are the same as you use on the G2. So I do not see why not.. I have talk to the folks at tower and they say its the G3 system that brings things more 3D and to life more then the G2.. I have owned the G2 myself and loved it.. I am now waiting for my G3 to Show up:D

You still havent explained to me how you saved $30.00 bucks on the G3 at Tower. I was only able to save on the COD & S&H.

I'm still waiting for some sort of G2 upgrade deal. I fail to see why I should by another Interlink, unless they have made major changes. Does anyone know if they have?

I went with the FULL deal with all 5 Volumes Again.. Cuz I had to sell my G2 Last
Year , an account of my new home purchase,
So I am starting all over again..
SOooo I paid reg price for the Disks, About $159.00
Then with the Rebate Cuz of back-order the G3 itself will cost me $169.00
when shipped/ I now have the 5 Disk and no G3 *lol*:)
And free Shipping cuz I belong to the Club at tower

The person at Tower says it will be announced real soon
and YES there WILL be a rebate for the G2 Owners,
I just happen to sell mine last year (not my choice)
but it all turned out for the good in the long run I guess.;)

PS, the lady that sold the unit to me says she had just seen it for the first time
in a office there at tower, And she said it blows the G2 aways with its graphics.

Same here...Coug. I've got all 5 add-on disks, with no platform to fly them on...the wait is killin' me! Wish somebody would say SOMETHING about the release, officially. I'm gettin' tired of the secrecy and cloak-n-dagger politics. ;-}

My latest flier from Tower lists it as available, but no mention of a credit for G2 owners.

My Pre-Order of G3 was Shipped today from Tower. Now I see they are reporting Late November Stock now but it looks as the first shipment has been shipped to customers!

I just put in my order for G3 on Monday of this week! Glad I did now!

Have had my order in since 10-21...still shows invoiced/processing. Don't know if their website is updated automatically. Coug: do you know if they fill orders alphabetically? They don't seem to fill orders by date....

Well, I need some cash for G3. I have G2, Reflex XTR and Aerofly. One of them had to go. I am selling G2 to a buddy after G3 is here and I needed to get rid of one more to cover the G3 purchase.

AeroFly is a Wonderful Sim. Much better than G2. It ws a tossup between getting rid of Aerofly or Reflex XTR. I am really struggling with this decision. The sooner it sells the sooner I can just let it go.

Wife says no G3 unless one of the oters go. I really don't need 3 sims but they are nice to have around. I am "hoping" G3 can handle the high alpha stuff as well as Aerofly Pro does!

My fingers are crossed! I am considering pulling it off the classified. Like I said I am struggling with the decision.

mine says that as well, I am almost sure that there will be a email that it shipped
by tonight or on sat , I don't think that there updating as fast as we like it to.. My bank
account show they have taken the money.. So I am sure its being loaded on the Truck
:D

At least when it ships we will have some real reviews instead of all this endless speculation.. I really want to know what hardware it needs before I make up my mind whether to order it. If I need to spend $200.00 on a new video card - nope nadda ain't goin ta happen. I'll spend the money on a new motor instead as I already have G2.

Please allow a minimum of two business days for your order to ship (our shipping companies do not accept shipments on Saturday or Sunday)

This seems like a long time to pick and pack one box!

UPDATE FOLKS...I just called and talked to customer service. asking why some have shipped already and some are saying PACKING and stuff.. like some of ours STILL Say.. Anyways what happened there where so many orders and there was to be TWO HUGE SHIPMENTS Yesterday and Today.. The 2nd one will be in on Tuesday..:eek: I was kinda mad and told them how I feel [>:] anyways if it doesn't say shipped by the AM in your emails it will not ship until Tuesday Now..[:o]
