Sim for 3D-aerobatic training

I have an older real flight version & wondered if it can be upgraded to help me learn some 3D stuff? I'm almost ready with a Sig SE & need to mount up the engine but would prefer some Sim practice. Any suggestions-tips would be greatly appreciated.

If it does not have that ability you could download the FMS free and use your controller. Just a thought. http://n.ethz.ch/student/mmoeller/fms/index.html
