AFP and AFPD simulation speed

Does anybody know what simulation speed Maarten De Moor flies at in his AFP and AFPD videos. I'm trying to figure out the best speed for practicing without it being too difficult to do some of the maneuvers. I'm currently flying the Roland Matt extra at 135%. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

That sounds about right, 125-135 is best.

What are the settings for cg, weight,thrust etc for the extra he flies.Thanks very much in advance.
