Realfight G2 serial numbers

Please can anyone HELP!! I bought a used version of realfight off Ebay,I registered it in my name and it will not let me download any updates,it says the serial number is already registered, I contacted the person that I purchased it from but he doesn't have a clue, please can anyone help me ,Thanks!!!:(

The person you bought it from needs to contact RealFlight and have them clear his registration. It only takes a couple of minutes.

yup only that person can I used my dads version for a while and could not update till I called them but because it was my dad I knew all his info they asked for but unless you know the person your out of luck
