VTOC Size of file

I entered my video and it was 16.7mb, then I uploaded it and it said that the file is to be no bigger than 20mb. So its ok right? I don't see it in the page, and I replyed to the e-mail that RCU sent me.

Oh, I know what I did I added .wmv to the end to the file says 63350-5.wmv.wmv can anyone fix it?
