Inverted Hover on G2
 

Can someone help me figure out how to set up a Raptor or other heli for inverted hover and 3d?

I don't know anything about helis but I would think that changing the pitch of the blades would be able to give you that sucking motion.

Yeah I messed around with the settings a little but still need some more help.. Still new to the heli thing..

All the heli's on g2 (except the fixed pitch helis of course) will hover inverted without editing them. You just got to flip the idle up switch. If you got the usb version its the 3 position switch on the top left of the controller. You'll know you got the right one when the blades rpm's go high, and stay high when the throttle stick is moved all the way down. Then your ready for invert and 3d.

Thanks Rotornut I figured it out LoL.... I am new to the heli's!! Getting pretty good at least on the "PC" anyway!!:D

rotornut kicks ass on the sim!!!!! He uses G2 also, you should ask for some setups since he knows how to fly so great!

Do you have any edited helis that can be downloaded to my g2? i have seen alot of planes available for download but have been looking for any 3-d helis with no luck.

IDK if you know or not but the foiler 3D is included in the g2 sim and I remember it being pretty good, it might be what you're looking for.

For heli's on G2 I use the stock Foiler 3d competition (comes with G2). It'll do about any move you can think of. Here is a link to my VTOC video using the stock Foiler. Sweet video Rotornut.... Wish I knew how to do al of that. But not yet LoL still learning and trying to figure that all out but getting there. I can do more when I am not trying then when I am!! Thanks for posting the vid...
