i have realflight deluxe bought add on 1 and 2 everything worked fine. just got 3 and 4 when i try to fly the f15 the a-10 and harrier it asks for add on disc 2 then wont accept it. anyone experience this problem. please help wanna take a crack at the harrier. thanks to all

have you went to gp site and downloaded the lastest version for your software?

thanks for the suggestion but gp is greek to me and as for downloading latest version...... if you mean dirextx i have 8.1

zomack, not DirectX, but the latest version of the actual Realflight software.....I think krayzc is right, this should fix the problem.

just finished downloading the update from great planes. still does not work on certain aircraft still getting the insert add on 2 i have sent an email to rf support but they say on the page that they look at all submissions but dont always respond. some business huh? still need help really frustrated

also if i hit cancel when it asks for add on 2 it says "error reading dck file"

Have you tried the Installation Fix? <-Click to download

I'm not sure if this pertains to your particular issue but it helped me to install Add-ons #1.

fix did not work has anyone any other ideas this is quickly turning into a pain in the elevators

POSIBLE SOLUTION TO YOUR PROBLEM
 

Hello ZOMACK1,
Since you have realflight Deluxe, Vol.1 & 2 work with Realflight Deluxe.
I think to run Vol.3 & 4 you need G2 upgrade.I read somewhere the Vol.3 will only run with the new G2 interlink or G2 interlink upgrade.
Check with the Greatplanes Techs and see what they say.

Add-on 3 and 4 will run with either the old G2 Parallel transmitter connection or interlink. I had the older style connection then just recently got the interlink after my cable went on me.

I had similar problems with mine. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it several times. Also when it ask to install vol. II- - - put it in and leave it alone for a long time - - - - don't hit cancel, esc. or anything, Just wait. I found this out by accident when I walked away in frustration and came back and found it had loaded. Mines been working great since then and I love it!
