RealFlight interlink

I am trying to Figure out how to use my own transmitter on my G3. I hooked it up like the manual says, but still, no signal from my radio. Am I just an idiot?
I was also wondering If anybody has modified the big yak 54 so it will 3D better? Maybe I'm just a crappy 3D pilot, but it seems like the stock setup is a little off-key. For example: in a low harrier, trying to turn around and come back, if you dont throw in FULL opposite aileron, the wing drops really bad into a spin. Once again, thats in a stock setup...Anyone have any ideas? The Yak just feels really heavy and maybe the CG too far forward perhaps?

Thanks!

You've probably done this but...

When you go to Sel Controller, it should show up there. Select it, then go through the calibration process. It should work.

Also make sure the xmtr is in PPM mode and turned on.

do I need to take the crystal out? someone told me that it could be damaged?

RE: RealFlight interlink

Yes, take the crystal out so that the radio is not transmitting. This will greatly reduce the battery consumption and prevent problems from transmitting with the antenna collapsed.
