G3 and Futaba 9CAP

I have no problem using my transmitter on the sim.
I do have trouble getting the same amount of throw using the 9CAP as using the box that came with G#.
I've checked all the obvious...end points, etc.
Any suggestions?

Just out of curiosity have you tried a completely new model memory with no setup?
