Tru-flite is a true simulator not a game, it does not have as many aircraft/helis as other sims but when I asked the company owner he said that the aircraft/helis are made out of measurements of real ones and they have flown the real ones of these models to get the most accurate flight peramiters they can.

(these are in my opinion)

Advantages of the sim:
*realistic aircraft
*no breaking apart crashes (teaches you to fly not crash)
*Probally the best heli sim around.

Dissadvantages:
*can't prop hang
*limated aircraft
*no way to make user made aircraft

I have had Tru-flite's sim for about 2 years. I don't rate it at all for heli's or planes it is far too easy to be realistic. All the Heli's are dead easy to fly compared to the real thing. Who can hover a plane into wind and land and take off without any foward movement at all. You can on this sim, no problems. If Rc flying is as easy as this sim makes it appear I would be a **** hot display pilot not an averageish sunday flyer. I tried out the G2 USB sim about a month ago and have now abandoned the Tru-flight sim in favour of the G2 as it's a whole different ball game. It's a hell of a lot nearer the real thing in many ways than Tru-flite and is definately worth the extra cost.
