which editing software do I need
 

I would like to edit G3.5 aircraft ( color schemes ) and need a little advise. What would be the least expensive photo shop software that would work for this. I probably would not even use the software other than to edit planes, so the basics are what I am looking for.

I am looking for a software program to recolor aircraft schemes for the RealFlight Sim G3.5. I believe it requires the ability to process "targa" files.
That is pretty much all I need the program for. I dont plan to edit photos so I dont need all the bells/whistles for sure. What should I purchase.

There is a free program called Gimp which will do everything you need for making colourschemes in G3.5.You can download it at the link below.
