settings for tru-flite

hi lads
having trouble setting yp tru flite , got a shuttle plus, irvine 36h
engine , futaba g501 gyro, and a sanwa r6000sport radio.
does anyone know the settings i should have on tru-flite?
trims etc .......... newbie here so very easy instructions please

I use truflite and I found that the shuttle on it is very realistic as it comes.
