exceed-rc usb simulator problem

Hey there..Hope someone..anyone!! can help. Just got my first simulator(Exceed-RC) to learn to fly a heli. Plugged in the USB and software to my Hp/512 with XP, should have had success,but..nothing, just a folder, which opened to sub-folders..nothing loaded..??and now can not contact the sellers. Help!! Has anyone heard about bad software..etc.? That is what I suspect the problem is, as pc is running all other programs just fine. Any suggestions will be appreciated..Thanks...

Well..I have a perfect flight simulator program now..thank you very much for the help!!! (Been crashing my Heli all over the place) <smile>(
