What is the best Flight Sim on the market as far as being as close to the real thing as possible?

Thats a hot issue. They all seem to work, teach you the basics of flying. I can just say I've enjoyed using Dave Browns flight simulator. Very realistic, it seems a lot of people on this sight enjoy using the great planes simulator as well.

I've used the FMS for a while and I love it but I wonder about how realistic it may be - i've never flown any of the planes they have on there but it seems the controls may be a little off on some of them!

The best if you have a lot of cash = Real Flight
The best if you don't = FMS

Even RealFlight G2 doesn't model stall/spin realistically...

I am trying to learn to fly heli's - I guess the best way is to just buy training gear but I don't know where to even find that!
