How do you find the video card frame rate for g2 lite ?

I use Fraps. Go to google.com and search for it. It is a free download like 60Kb small and it tells you what your framerate is in any game.
Pretty awesome to see what causes graphics lag (IE turn off 3d and see what FPS ya get)
