Keep losing connection on multiplayer

Everytime I get on mulitiplayer when someone leaves the field it locks up. I know it isnt anything to do with my internet. What are some problems that could cause this.

RealFlight G4 I wrote the post wrong it doesnt lock up I just lose connection when someone leaves.
