Has anybody had this problem have very capable computer for fsone when you try to advance throttle to take off computer shuts down and i get blue screen. Been working with horizon support for 6 weeks so far they havent made it work nor found anything wrong with computer any thoughts

Pen 4 3.0ghz
1g of mem
geforce 9500gt graphics card
500w pow sup
window xp pro
all up to date

Hi,

Have you:
a. downloaded the latest program upgrade from the FS One or inertia soft support sites?
b. downloaded and installed the latest version of your audio driver? This is critical.

If so, try going to the audio acceleration settings and reduce the setting for audio acceleration until the program works. This worked for me and many others, so maybe you're in the same boat.

Thanks audio acceleration worked you should apply to Fs-one tech support theyve been working on this for 6 weeks said this was the first case of this ever.

Hi JW,
Glad it worked for you. The horizon comment is a little wired though. The acceleration thing is a pretty common fix for the crashes.

Yeah it's even in one of the faq's (either on fsone or inertiasoft site). Must have been a new guy or something. If the support seems to be going no where should ask what "level" the support person is. They have official designations refered to by "level".

this was their main guy tier 2 support Mike. Any way im happy now.
