eMachines and RF G2

It is time to get a new computer. I have the original RF running on a 233mHz machine. I want to upgrade, but not spend a lot of money.

I am looking at the eMachines. I am going to use the computer for the internet (DSL line) and RF. Does anyone know if these are good buys or am I going to have to upgrade just about everything to get it to run smoothly.

Circuit City has a 1.4 gHz eMachine for about $400 out the door.

Etower

I have a Etower 466 mhz and all I did was put a voodoo Video card with 16 meg of memory and I am using Cable modem and g2 with all the addons no Problem at all
