Help, cant install G2

I got my G2 today but impossible to install it.
Impossible to activate the next key on the registration info window

I tried more than 30 times

I enter my name,
then the G2 SN found on the back of the cd case
then the interlink SN found back of the interlink

and nothing happen cant go to the next step .....

Any ideas ?????

Ask the pro's

There is a very easy fix - call tech support. Probabily something simple like using a - or a space that does not belong. They have good support so dont hesitate to call.

upport solves the problem, SN number found on the cd case was wrong. Efficient support but expense (I was calling from France :) )
