How do I add coupling in G4.5?

Ihave a U Can Do 46, that has a ton of coupling when trying to fly knife edge. Idon't have this plane (or expansion pak 1) in G4.5, but Iwould like to pick a different one, and set some coupling in it to practice KEwith the coupling. Can this be done? How so?
