jr 8103 with realflight G2
 

I use the interface from Tx to PC which one end of the cable goes to printer port another end connects to DSC jack at the back of 8103.

Do I need to take the module or crystal out of the jr 8103 while playing the realflight g2?

Just make sure that the radio is switched OFF when connecting the interface to the DSC socket. That's all. If you insert the plug, the radio will cut the HF module anyway.
