rf 4.5 to 5.0 problems

installed 5.0 and all went well,typed in serial numbers for the 5.0 and transmitter and can not get the ok to light up and run the program,any ideals or help thaks in advance frank

the number in the middle of your inter link is I2 not 0ne two or twelve

That is one of the most common issues that seems to come up, I'm a techie and my brother was going nuts trying to install it swearing up and down he tried everything, So when I got a chance I went and did the install and it just worked as he stood there in wonder before we realized he had a 13 in stead if a I3 (he had it written down) and I've heard of a few other people having the same issue.
